Our Level 1 course offers over 25 hours of training and is where all coaches begin their SuperCORE Fit Leadership. Successfully completing this course will certify you to teach SuperCORE Fit basic level classes from a chair and standing.
In this training, you will learn how to teach and lead positive motivation fitness. You will learn basic alignment and posture techniques appropriate for leading the SuperCORE Fit classes, effective ways to communicate the body connection, and standards for teaching safe basic SuperCORE Fit moves. You will also learn the 26 foundational stability, strength, and mobility exercises, and how to cue movement.
Additional topics include the Science of Core Intelligence, the effect of body alignment on lifeforce and body composition, basic Anatomy, anatomical considerations and safety, aspects of being a motivational coach, class formats, how to create basic choreography, managing classroom challenges, how to lead flexibility, BreatheFit and manifestation stances.
Level 1 Pre-requisites: The certification course focuses on how to teach SuperCORE as well as your technique and practice. You MUST have a SuperCORE Fit regular and consistent practice to lead powerful classes. This course does not teach you "how" to take SuperCORE Fit. In order to succeed with certification, you should already be comfortable with basic techniques.
Upon passing your exam, you will receive your first year's membership in the SuperCORE Fit Leadership Community for free! As part of your membership, you will receive a SuperCORE Fit Coach certificate plus access to monthly SuperCORE Fit meetings value of $399-.

I have enjoyed being a Special Education teacher for over 30 years. I am ready to transition out of teaching into a life coaching practice that supports people in finding their path to fitness and inner strength and well-being. I love how the practice of SuperCORE brings together movement (fitness), breathwork, and positive motivation - supporting all of us to be our best selves. Through SuperCORE movement and breathwork, I am able to build strength and flexibility in my physical body, and to tap into my emotional and spiritual self as well. Through strengthening my CORE, I am able to navigate the life's stressors with greater ease and flow. I use the practice of SuperCORE in my daily life, including raising my two teenagers while working full time! And best of all, my level of fatigue has decreased and my positive energy has increased!
