SuperCORE Fit Bootcamp is a highly integrative fitness program that supercharges your body and mind’s innate ability to recharge, regenerate, and reset physical CORE power - what we call core intelligence. SuperCORE Fit Bootcamp uses a powerful fitness system called F.I.T. - Focused. Intentional. Training. - breathing exercises, vigorous movement, functional fitness, and core power to upgrade your body conditioning and help you melt away unwanted fat and toxins. We will combine body weight exercises derived from yoga tradition and functional interval training into one powerful circuit.
During the six week Bootcamp your SuperCORE Fit Coaches, Pam and Kristi, will infuse you with positive motivation and invite you to set intentions to catapult you toward your innate potential to be physically conditioned. We want to help you get to your goals. The more you invest in yourself the easier it will be to become FIT!
