Hillary Welles is a SuperCORE Fitness instructor and a founding member of the SuperCORE development team. A Black Belt Nia instructor, she brings nearly two decades of holistic fitness experience to her work with SuperCORE. She has studied extensively with both Debbie Rosas and Carlos Aya-Rosas, co-founders of the Nia Technique, and has an extensive background in ballet, jazz, and modern dance. Her work incorporates a depth of healing knowledge as a Reiki II healer and a longtime writer in the field of personal growth. She is passionate about sharing the benefits of integrative fitness through a powerful blend of strength, humor, spiritual presence, and skill.
